150 Up For Steve Hale

Steve Hale today completed his 150th game in the dugout as a Senior Professional goalkeeping coach.

After stepping up from overseeing the Academy goalkeepers at League One side Swindon Town to overseeing all goalkeepers at the club from Under 9 to 1st team, Steve spent two seasons working with the professional goalkeepers at the club in League One.

In the summer of 2016 Steve moved on to National League side Forest Green Rovers and today’s game with North Ferriby marked his 150th game in the dugout.

During this time, the goalkeepers who have played in those games have been Wes Foderingham, Tyrell Belford, Cameron Belford, Jake Kean, Lawrence Vigouroux, Will Henry and Sam Russell.

Most notably the highlight during that time, despite the result was walking out to warm up Wes Foderingham and Ty Belford in the League One play off final v Preston North End at Wembley Stadium in front of just under 50,000!
