Just a reminder to all goalkeepers and parents that there is NO session on Wednesday 29th October 2014 due to it being half term at Kingsdown School and therefore the facility not being open.

A parent spoke with me at my goalkeeping school this week asking for help with his 10 year old son who was finding taking goal kicks difficult. He said that he was struggling to get much height and distance and his team coach was talking about getting one of the outfield players to take the goal kicks.

Car Parking 24th September Session

With regard to your booking of the 3G pitch on 24^th September, this is our annual Open Evening and so I wanted to pre-warn you of this and the fact that this may mean that car parking may be more difficult.  The overflow car park at the sports centre will be available should the need arise (Open Evening is 6.00pm to 8.00pm); I should be grateful if you would let the parents of your young goalkeepers know of this and request that cars are not parked in the adjoining estate – Sanders Close.

Under 10 Goalkeeper Required

Haydon Wick Football Club are looking for a goalkeeper. We will be playing U10's football as of September 2014. You will need to be starting year 5 at school this September. If you are a good Goalkeeper without a club or perhaps a fringe player at another club, this is a very good opportunity for you to come and play first team football as we currently have no goalkeeper, and only intend to sign one competent reliable keeper.

Young Goalkeeper looking for a new club due to team folding , u15 this coming season.

He has played in goal for the last 7 seasons for Wootton Bassett in the North Wilts League and has represented the North Wilts Rep Team, he has also played in Junior Premier League for Stroud & Cirencester in recent seasons and received regular goalkeeping coaching for a number of seasons at Steve Hale Goalkeeping School.
